Week 4 Power Rankings

Here are your Week 4 Power Rankings…some serious movement here especially for those who own the Steelers and Bengals.  It’s amazing what one dropped touchdown pass by the Super Bowl champs and one 4th down conversion by Cincy with 35 seconds left can do to these rankings.

Ode to the Lions

As a guy who had the Lions last year in my Big Money JHB Sports league and dared taking them again this year I feel compelled to comment on their first win since 2007.  I think coach Jim Schwartz said something along the lines of “Hopefully we can get to a point where winning a [...]

Wildcat!

Man it’s gotta be fun for Miami Dolphins owners to watch them run the wildcard formation.    As of 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter they are keeping Peyton Manning off the field for 3/4th of the game while driving on their own…

How Many “L’s” Does it Take to Spell Bills?

How is it that Buffalo is responsible for some of the craziest Monday night drama and always end up on losing?  I remember having them in one of my leagues 2 years ago when the Cowboys made two 50 yard+ field goals to win in Buffalo - maddening!

Steelers or Titans? I’d Take Either

The Steelers pulled off a nice win in spite of poor protection for Big Ben and a fumble on the 5 yard line with less than a minute left in the game…but at what cost?  It looks like they lost Polamalu for at least a month and Tennessee picked the Steelers apart once Troy was out.  The Titans [...]
